How do I find out the status of my order?

For now, email us at .  As the site gets built out, we hope to have a more automated system that will allow you to track your order more quickly and easily, but you will always be able to contact us at this email address.

Must I sign in or create an account to look around or make a purchase?

No. These are options that we offer simply for your convenience – for example, to save you time when you visit us or make a purchase again, to make it easier to track your orders, and to avail yourself of special programs and discounts that we are looking to implement for our customers.  Check our ; we do not sell your information or use it for anything other than doing business with you.  But you don’t ever have to sign in or create an account if you don’t want to.

What is your Returns Policy?

We guarantee your full satisfaction.  If your Trunkettes don’t fit or have some defect, or if they just don’t float your boat, send them back to within sixty (60) days of purchase, and we will replace them, exchange them or simply refund your money (including standard shipping charges).  Hey, just like some people don’t like chocolate – as amazing as that may seem – not everyone will flip for our product.  That’s cool; thanks for trying.

How can I be sure that my credit card and other identifying information is safe?

Check our Security Certificate.  This tells you that an independent, licensed and bonded internet security company has verified that customer information is received and maintained in a manner that prevents others from accessing it.  The company that we use, Authorize.net, is a leading internet security firm that has been in business for 11 years and during that time has acquired more than 195,000 merchants who trust Authorize.Net to manage their payment transactions securely and reliably.  If you can’t trust us with your data, we don’t deserve the privilege of having you as a customer.

What are the different ways I can pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, and payment through services such as PayPal, wires, bank debits and checks – so long as your payment clears, we will ship your order.  Please don’t send cash, though; thanks. 

What if I have a problem or complaint?  How do I let you know?

We constantly look for ways to improve our products and services.  If we fail to meet your expectations, or if you have suggestions as to how we can make your experience better, please let us know at .  We will do everything we can to address your concerns.  If you prefer to provide your comments to us anonymously, that’s OK, too.  Any way you want to give it, we appreciate your input.
